Standard shipping for orders up to $74.99 is a flat rate of $6.50! Once your order is at $75, your shipping is always totally FREE!
Processing/Shipping of Pre-Orders:

Payment of pre-orders will be processed at the time the order is placed. Pre-orders will then be listed as processing in our system until they can be completely filled. For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship immediately, according to the processing/shipping table above. Processing time for pre-ordered items begins once the collection has released and the items are received from our vendors. Pre-orders are processed and shipped at the same rate as standard orders once the items are received.
Shipping for international orders up to $100 is a flat rate of $25. Orders totaling between $100 and $200 ship for a $35 flat rate. Shipping for orders totaling over $200 is a flat rate of $40. These rates do not include any customs, duties or taxes that may be levied on your items. Shipping rates are applied based on the total prior to shipping.
All custom orders will take a minimum of 2 weeks processing time prior to shipping. Actual processing time will vary based on the item and quantity requested, as well as the availability of the requested material theme/color/etc. An more accurate processing time will be provided along with your quote once your custom order request is received. If no additional information is needed from you, quotes will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your request form. You will also receive notification when your order is complete and shipping. Products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened/uncut and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Quilted Kitchen items may only be returned due to damage/defect upon arrival. Patterns are not returnable. Thank you for understanding!
We pack our orders with the upmost care to ensure that items are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process. However, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Simply email us via our Contact Us form and you’ll receive a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. It is possible, especially with fabric, that an item may no longer be available. In this case, we will do our best to replace it with a similar item. In the event that a replacement cannot be provided, you will receive a store credit towards a future purchase.
